Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ALL RETURN AND EXACHANGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE. We do not accept any return, exchange, or reports of damaged orders after 2 weeks of purchase. please check your items upon arrival.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • All custom print items are non-refundable. Please make sure your design instructions and all photos included with your order. We will use the photo you send us regardless of the picture quality.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or if you quality for a partial refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. Shipping coast cannot be refunded. in case of a return the customer is responsible to the return shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Replacements.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@myroyalhouse.com with pictures of the damaged item and will go a head and replace it for you at no charge.

Lost Orders

We provide all customers with a tacking numbers once the order has been shipped.

In rare case of a delayed shipment you will need to contact your post office or shipping company to track the order.

In case of an order being lost we always go back and check the tracking information. if your order was marked as delivered by the shipping company we assume that your order was received. if your order was stolen from your neighborhood you will need to contact the police and or your local post office to let them know of mail theft.

We do not replace stolen orders it is the customer responsibility.
